Erik Ramstad has experience from the IT, telecom, banking, insurance and power industries, and he has had assignments involving the organisation and management of IT projects. He has experience from major international projects in Sweden and the US. Erik has in-depth competence in test management, methods and processes, as well as scope management in large complex projects on both the customer and supplier sides. He also has experience from the analysis of business needs, formulation of requirements and scope analysis. Erik gets everyone around him to do their best.
