Henning Iversen

Henning Iversen has obtained extensive experience as a management consultant in connection with major and minor reorganisation processes. Henning has also worked with business development in a number of industries.  He has managed a number of projects related to process improvements and the introduction of systems for purchasing, personnel, booking, CRM and business intelligence. He has many years of experience from the estimation of IT/process-related gains, as well as the measurement/control and follow-up of these gains. He has also worked with the design and introduction of balanced score cards and general decision support.
