Lars Bjørnstad

Lars Bjørnstad has broad experience from organisations undergoing reorganisation or change processes, both as a consultant and as a manager of public and private sector enterprises. He has experience from a number of industries such as the public health service, public sector enterprises and private sector services, with particular emphasis on the reorganisation of major public sector organisations.  He also has experience from line management in various roles in both the public and private sectors.

He has an inclusive and engaging style of work, and he has an excellent ability to establish contact at the various levels of organisations. Lars also manages the firm’s implementation department.
