Torstein Oppedal

Torstein Oppedal has many years of experience from ICT and the telecom industry in Norway and abroad. He has management experience from the development of IT strategies and architecture. He also has experience with procurement processes – including surveying, analysis and improvement of business processes, preparation of business cases and solution requirements, evaluation of tenders, contract negotiations and the implementation of complex IT solutions. He has also worked with the management of product development, as well as sales support and the marketing of software products. He has an excellent ability to communicate across professional and cultural boundaries and create motivation for change.
